17 Weeks!
Welp, we have hit the 17 week mark and in just a few more we will know the gender of Baby Hennigan!! We are starting to talk about names which is exciting, frustrating and exciting again! I'm the "but the nickname is awful" person. I might like a name for a minute, but then I come up with a nickname that would just ruin the entire thing and the name is crossed off the list! haha. Poor Mike. He has so many and I just keep shooting them down!
Mike has made some progress on the nursery over the past week. Taping and mudding is almost done and we should be able to paint by the second week in October! (Which is only 2 weeks away!) He just has to finish around the ceiling, sand and do a second round and we will be all set!!! Can't wait!
Here are the photos from this morning for your viewing (and laughing) pleasure! Also, if you haven't voted yet, we have added a poll over the the right for you - What do you think Baby will be?

| Mike made me unbutton my sweater because you "couldn't tell" how big my belly was! Also, I should probably add a color to my wardrobe...too much black and grey! lol |

16 weeks!
16 weeks!! Nothing new to report at the moment. Chicken Nugget's the size of an Avacado. Going for blood work on Monday and a doctors appointment on Wednesday next week, so hopefully I'll have something good for you then!

15 weeks!
I chose to skip week 14. Lets just pretend it never happened. It was not one of my better weeks, the photo was terrible and I'm pretty sure it would have been more appealing to be run over by a tractor. I'm joking, but really week 14...lets just skip it.
Not much progress has been made on the nursery since my last post, mostly because football season has begun. It's ok though, plenty of time! Speaking of fooseball....a pic of me in my new redskins t-shirt - and yes mom, I should have gotten a bigger size...
At 15 weeks the baby is the size of an apple! 4 inches long! Whole cow! Big ol' fatty baby! Here are our ritual photos for your viewing pleasure!
Week 15 is already off to a better start! I can hardly believe how quickly time is flying and how much my physical appearance is changing every day! It's amazing, exciting, scary, and many other emotions all rolled in to one...all of which I seem to be experiencing at various intervals. My poor husband :)

Renovation - Parts I & II
13 Weeks
How could I forget week 13!!
Monday I went for my "regular check-up" and got to meet my new doctor for the first time. He was very nice and came in making jokes, so I decided I like him! My mom came with me and waited in the lobby for me to be finished, but while I was in there I asked if they were going to listen to the heartbeat and...THEY DID! So I had the nurse run out and grab my mom so she could hear it too. She was so excited and it was really awesome that she was there!
Hurricane Irene - we survived and hope everyone else did too! We got lucky and didn't lose power for any extended period of time, just some flickering off and on. We lost cable, but with a dish strapped to the roof of your house and 50+ mph winds....lets just say the bigger surprise was the fact that it was still on the roof after. :)
The nursery is coming along slow and steady thanks to that stinkin storm, but Mike did get a wall of drywall up on Sunday on the wall with the closet. He's getting ready to put up new insulation in 2 places then he will be able to drywall over that. Once that's all done there are just a few more steps until painting commences! I can't wait to paint the room! I'll actually be able to refer to it as the "nursery" in everyday conversation, not just the "guest room we are renovating". haha.
I ordered a maternity pillow that wraps up your whole body (It's here and it's amazing!) and the most adorable (at least they looked adorable online) dresser knobs with a variety of Beatrix Potter images. I cannot wait for them to get here. Not that we have a dresser to attach them too but having them is going to be exciting enough for me.
I also forgot to mention at week 11 (?) I think, that my mom already purchased a diaper bag for us! We went to Kate Spade and picked out the cutest navy blue bag! The inside is orange with gold polka-dots and matching changing pad. TOO CUTE!!!
